Job Description As a member of our field crew you'll be working as part of a small and fast moving team even when you're working independently.
We strive for consistent quality production and rely on each person to work efficiently, conscientiously, and collaboratively.
We work five days per week in every type of weather from 6am to 3pm June through November.
You'll be harvesting and packing daily and performing routine farm maintenance like weeding, trellising, and cleaning buckets.
We value an eye for detail, great communication, a positive attitude, and endurance, because while we love this work, we appreciate those who can face adversity with us and still have a good time.
